With the blessings of ALLAH Almighty, our business journey began in 2001 as a First Generation family business in the healthcare industry. Adopting a trajectory-based growth strategy, we expanded alongside our business partners. Over time, we initiated several pilot projects, some of which were successful, while others encountered failures. However, each project provided valuable industry experience and contributed to our continued growth. Through these experiences, we learned to embrace best practices, focus on innovation, and invest in research and development (R&D) and build resilience, remaining adaptable to Market Changes and turning challenges into opportunities for further progress and success. And finally, we succeeded in creating an organized system.

In 2017, it was realized that we were falling behind in terms of Digital Transformation, and some initiatives were needed to address this gap. The goal was to integrate digital technologies into all areas of our business to fundamentally change how we operate and deliver value to customers. The Second Generation of the family, with a better understanding of digital technologies and entrepreneurial mindset, joined the business and successfully completed its first digital transformation project. After discussions, we worked on shaping a bigger vision, identifying key challenges, exploring new opportunities, and developing a new supply and demand framework. Second Generation not only managed the existing business but also laid the foundation for a new ventures. To ensure streamlined operations and strategic growth across these diverse ventures, integrated them into a unified group structure under one umbrella.

This journey has been both challenging and rewarding, driven by continuous learning, innovation, and resilience. Navigating the highs and lows of business has required vision, adaptability, and strategic decision-making. However this journey is not possible a solo effort. It has always stemmed from exceptional Teamwork and the collective dedication of Founders, Partners, Work Force, Investors, and Stakeholders.
